We make pickled Jalapeños each year in the Spring and Summer, and we are excited to announce they are back!!
This year we have added in a few cheeky extras to the jar those being thinly sliced carrot and white onion, this was inspired by traditional Mexican home style pickles.
Extra flavour is added with toasted cumin and coriander seed.
These pickles are fantastic on any Mexican dish, think tacos, nachos, burritoes or on top of Mexican rice. Also great on avocado toast, in a burger, topped on a salad, or anything that needs a little spice and crunch. Enjoy!
