A little bit about us…
RICKLES is a small business run by Ricky & Rachel. Both are passionate about using local and seasonal produce to create pickles, condiments and preserves that can be enjoyed around the table by family and friends. Ricky has been a chef for fifteen years and uses his Italian background to inspire him in the kitchen. Rachel deisgned the labels and packaging and enjoys selling at the markets.
PRODUCTS /
We use seasonal ingredients, this is when produce is at its best, full flavour, crunchy and delicious. This also means that the seasons come to an end, and we create small limited batches of stock. We try to keep up with demand of the favourites but we can’t control Mother Nature.

NEW RELEASE /
PICKLED JALAPEÑOS
We make pickled Jalapeños each year in the Spring and Summer, and we are excited to announce they are back!!
This year we have added in a few cheeky extras to the jar those being thinly sliced carrot and white onion, this was inspired by traditional Mexican home style pickles.
Extra flavour is added with toasted cumin and coriander seed.
These pickles are fantastic on any Mexican dish, think tacos, nachos, burritoes or on top of Mexican rice. Also great on avocado toast, in a burger, topped on a salad, or anything that needs a little spice and crunch. Enjoy!

MARKETS
This year we have started attending markets and small festivals. It has been so nice to meet new and returning customers. We will be regularly attending the Bunbury Markets and Fremantle Farmers Markets..
